Rates (As of October 2023):
I do not charge an hourly fee, I charge a flat fee for all apartments. It's not possible for me to know in advance how long a client's apartment is going to take me to clean every time I visit. Every apartment is different, each client's needs are different, and each apartment will not (usually) be in the same state of dirtiness when I arrive each time. So I find it easier to charge a flat fee instead of an hourly one. Below are that starting rates based on size of apartment.
- Studios: starting at $85
- One Bedrooms: starting at $100
- Two bedrooms: starting at $120
These are the usual amounts I charge, rates might be higher or lower depending on pets, number of bathrooms, size of family, amount of dirt, etc.
While I love animals, due to allergies I can't take on apartments with cats. Other pets fine.
Scheduling:
I divide my time between the Catskills and NYC. I am in the city every other week for bi-weekly cleanings and generally work Sundays through Friday available 8am to 6pm. Please email me for availability.
